For KIKO Milano’s global collaboration with Sara Sampaio, I led the creative and program development of a limited-edition eyeshadow palette collection inspired by red carpet glamour and modern celebrity beauty.

As Executive Creative Director and Program Development Lead, I guided the project from concept to consumer, shaping the creative strategy, product storytelling, packaging direction, campaign shoot, e-commerce experience, in-store activation, and PR rollout. The program required a fully integrated 360° approach, connecting product development, brand narrative, retail merchandising, and campaign assets into one cohesive launch system.
